About

We buy businesses that require someone to show up.

Kasserine Ventures acquires and operates small and middle-market businesses grounded in human interaction and the built environment.

The work these businesses do happens in person: a guide on the water, a crew on a site, a room made ready before a guest arrives. That work does not move online, and the more of ordinary life that does, the more it is worth.

We look for companies with a strong local reputation, customers who come back, and an owner who wants the business to continue. We keep the name, the team, and the relationships that came with it. We do not rebrand what we buy.

Three Paths

01

Buy and hold

For businesses that already work, we change as little as possible. The team, the name, and the customer relationships stay where they are.

02

Buy and build

Where a business has room, we invest in operations and systems at a pace the operator can carry. Growth that outruns the operator isn't growth.

03

Buy more than one in a market

In fragmented markets we buy complementary companies and keep each name on its own door.

Four Principles

01

Simple over complex

02

Confident over aggressive

03

Durable over current

04

Memorable without volume
