For Owners
Three questions, answered before you ask them.
Your People
The people who run it keep running it.
Retaining your existing team is one of our top priorities — we buy businesses because of the people in them. Our goal is continuity, not disruption, and we will work with you to make sure the team feels secure through the transition.
Your Name
Your name stays on the door.
We do not rebrand what we buy. The name, the culture, and the community relationships come with the business and stay with it.
Your Money
Majority ownership.
We will tell you on the first call how we intend to pay for it. We pay fair prices for good businesses. We do not low-ball, retrade, or use complexity to our advantage.

The Process
You reach out
Submit your opportunity through our simple form or reach out directly by email. Everything is treated as strictly confidential from the first conversation.
Initial conversation
If there's potential alignment, we'll schedule a call to learn more about the business, your story, and what you're looking for in a transition. No pressure, no obligation. If we are not the right home for your company, we will tell you inside a week.
Getting to know the business
We'll ask for some basic financials and spend time understanding the operations, the team, and the customers. We move thoughtfully — this isn't a numbers exercise.
Letter of intent
If we're aligned on value and structure, we'll put forward a non-binding letter of intent outlining the terms. We aim to be straightforward and fair.
Due diligence & close
We conduct diligence collaboratively, not adversarially. Our goal is to confirm what we've learned, not to renegotiate. Most processes close in 60–90 days.
Transition & beyond
We work with you to plan a transition that works for the business, your team, and you personally. We're not here to flip — we're here to build on what you've created.
Our Commitments
Confidentiality
We never share information about your business without your explicit consent. We sign NDAs willingly and early.
The name stays
The name on the door, the culture you have built, and the relationships you have cultivated come with the business. We treat them as assets worth protecting.
Honesty over speed
We'd rather have a slower, honest conversation than rush to a deal that isn't right for either side.
Fair dealing
We pay fair prices for good businesses. We don't low-ball, retrade, or use complexity to our advantage.
