Founder Bio: Cale Genenbacher

Cale Genenbacher is an operator, investor, and founder based in the mountains of Utah.

He began his career as an active-duty Army infantry officer, deploying to Afghanistan and leading at the outer edge of guidance on the AfPak border, before transitioning to business. At Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management, he founded the university's entrepreneurship center, then joined Microsoft, where he led product and strategy work.

In 2017, he co-founded LOGE Camps — a hospitality brand built for people who actually go outside — growing it from one roadside motel into a twenty-one-property portfolio covered by Outside, Men's Journal, and others.

Today, Cale acquires and consolidates physical service and experience companies in the lower middle market, investing in the intersection of AI-enabled operations and mid-sized business growth. He serves on advisory boards, supports early-stage founders, and supports Our Little Roses, a home for vulnerable girls in Honduras.

Personally, he enjoys time with his family, coaches soccer, and is always seeking to escape into the mountains.
